Eligibility for Return/Refund:

As our products are edible (food-grade), returns are only accepted in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product
  • The item was damaged in transit
  • The seal was broken upon delivery

Time Window:

Refund Mode:
Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used jars
